European
Resources Ltd. is currently developing a project which should ideally
consist of 35 artists (i.e. sculptors, painters, singers,
musicians, actors, and dancers) who will travel around Europe
promoting their national and traditional activities within each
hosting Member State. This
group of European artists will travel around Europe in order to
promote a higher level of European identity within the European
Community through their respective artistic and performing skills.
The
main aim of this project is a) to eliminate as much as
possible all the cultural barriers which exist between the European
Member States by organising activities which bring
about a unifying artistic expression of the cultures of the countries
involved; AND b) to disseminate the developing
concept of 'European Citizenship' by a proper appreciation of what is
common within the overall cultural diversities of the member
states.
European
Resources Ltd. will be the main organizer of the European Cultural
Exchanges Project and is currently searching for co-organizers to take
part in the Project. A co-organizer in this project will be a person
or a group of persons in the hosting Member State where the activities
will be held and the main role of a co-organiser will be to make
contact directly with European Resources Ltd in order to:
a)
make available all the localities and places within
the hosting state for the activities to be publicly held in a
proper manner;
b)
publicise the activities within the hosting Member State and to
attract sponsors;
c)
set up all the overall technical and non-technical needs
which the participants will require in order to carry out the
activities;
d)
assist all the group during their stay in the host
country.
We
are also planning to do the same thing here in Malta, which means
that through this project we will be inviting all those talented
people found in the hosting European Member States via
the co-organisers to produce their cultural activities in the
Maltese Islands. The idea is to set up an internal agreement between our
company and all the European co-organisers involved in order to create
this mechanism in a more feasible and controlled manner.
